How we Started
2017
Founding
ISA Construction and Supply (ISACS) was founded on October 28, 2017 in Dumaguete City to address the call of government to have more government licensed contractors to compensate for the “Build, Build, Build Program”.
2021
Incorporation
ISACS was incorporated in Dumaguete City on April 28, 2021 and was issued SEC Reg. No. (2021040012300-40) by partners Vic Anton Somoza and Francis Lloyd Llena under the name ISA Construction and Development Corp. (ISACONDEV).
2024
Certification
Since its inception, ISA has successfully completed many horizonal and vertical civil works efficiently and continues to be trusted construction company in the region. Recently, the company has been recommended for ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
